What are the problems?
User Interface Complexity: Users find the current desktop/website platform interface of Xtratime overwhelming due to the abundance of information presented simultaneously. The cluttered design makes it difficult for users to locate specific scores or navigate to desired features efficiently.
Poor Information Hierarchy: Users struggle to prioritize information on the other Livescore platform due to a lack of clear hierarchy in the presentation of content. Important updates, such as live scores and match highlights, are not effectively distinguished from less critical information, leading to user confusion and frustration.
How do we solve it?
Streamlined Dashboard Design: Simplify the desktop/website platform interface by implementing a streamlined dashboard design. This involves prioritizing key information such as live scores, upcoming matches, and user-selected favorite teams/leagues. Utilize intuitive icons, color coding, and clear labeling to guide users' attention and enhance navigational efficiency.
Information Prioritization Strategy: Implement a cohesive information hierarchy strategy to organize content based on its importance and relevance to users. Employ techniques such as card-based layouts and modular design to segment information logically and improve readability.
