ProTasks || A SaaS Product Exploration

I have started working on a new problem solving project. This is a SaaS project based on task management without missing any task. This is the ultimate solution of swift action, no task delays. The full problem solving case study is coming gradually.

The problem:

Mr. John is a famous business man. He has 3 big companies. He is a very busy person. In the initial stage of his business he contact with the client and take various work order from them. The business is gradually growing and the technology is also become up to date. Now his clients are given the task/work order via messaging/email or other social media. He is getting around 80 task from various clients at a day. So, this 80 task managing, assign the task to the desire employee and follow us the task day to day for avoiding the delay shipment, this is really a great challenges. In this situation, a huge number of work is getting delay. This is gradually loosing his client. One day he came to me and told me the problem. And from this problem, the journey of ProTask is started to provide a proper solution of John's business.

The Solution:

Mr. John takes my service and I build a web app for him. Now, he has a navigation bar in the main web app pages. In this navigation bar all of the messaging platform is integrated in one place.

Say for an example, he has taken two messages from his client via slack & gmail. He is now able to show two unseen message notification in the web application navigation bar. He open the message. And talk to the client. After getting the client requirement he will create a task from the top navigation in the same application page. He is also able to assign the task to a selective employee & he can be able to set the dateline & also able to set the start date. Moreover, He will be able to fixed the task start date. There are so may feature is coming gradually.

About ProTasks:

This is a work priority and task management tool. Which will help you to integrate all client in one platform. Will help you to understand easily the client requirement. You will able to create the task and you can easily assign task to the selective employee. You will also be able to fix the work start and end date. It will also remind you, which task is on near to the delivery line and which task needs an extension. So, the company owner can easily show the summary at a glance. And he can take steps accordingly. There are also more features that are coming gradually.
