USECASE - Mon Gardien

Mon Gardien is an app helping to reduce doom-scrolling. But what is Doom-scrolling? It refers to the habit of endlessly scrolling through negative or distressing content on social media or news feeds, often leading to feelings of anxiety, stress or despair. Mon Gardien app then aims to enable users to regain control of their time, live in the present, be more productive and enhance overall well-being, through user awareness and gamification mechanics.
