Context: The company
Coches.net is Spain's top marketplace for buying and selling cars, boasting over 26 years of experience and more than 20 million monthly visits. As part of Adevinta, coches.net offers professional tools like coches.net PRO, while engaging a vast community of motor enthusiasts through its online platforms and social media channels.
My role
As a UX Designer, I co-lead with the Product Manager within our Product Team various impactful projects. In addition, I collaborate closely with the Cluster Lead to define the discovery roadmap for our team. I also coordinate and facilitate workshops, focus groups and design sprint roadmaps. I organized sessions involving users, stakeholders, and other designers for almost every product initiative to develop the final solution. I maintained regular communication with the main stakeholders to inform them of our progress and updates.
