The challenges
Involved in global projects, I faced the big challenges of designing for different countries. Team alignment was crucial, in order to get things done in the best way, I defined a UX Strategy to set the right communication, deadlines, and checkpoints, between squads, engineers, and POs. I got a proficient prototyping level, adapting them to each case of user testing apart from the release definition.
The company @Gympass
Gympass is a corporate fitness benefit, a discovery platform that provides its members unlimited access to 500+ activities in 28,000+ gyms, fitness studios, swimming centers, and boot camps, covering 13 countries worldwide.
The whole product involves the App and web for the end user, a responsive website platform designed to facilitate fitness center management for gyms, an HR portal, and an employee platform.
