About The Project:

The project entailed creating a comprehensive dashboard for Golden Suisse's Back Office, aimed at simplifying the management of customer portfolios for financial advisors. The primary goal was to design an intuitive interface that provides a quick overview of key metrics while allowing detailed insight into asset distribution and client statistics. During the creative process, we focused on information hierarchy, ensuring that managers have immediate access to the most critical data upon login. We used a combination of design tools, including Sketch and Adobe XD, to bring this dashboard to life, with a focus on modular design to accommodate a dynamic range of financial data.

About the Shot:

This shot displays the Golden Suisse Back Office Dashboard design, highlighting its sleek dark theme which is complemented by a contrasting color palette of gold and grey to denote various financial elements. At the top, the welcoming header "Good morning Ivan, here is your clients total holdings distribution" personalizes the experience for the user. Key statistics such as overall stats, asset distribution, and client stats are neatly organized into digestible sections with clear typography, enhancing readability. Interactive elements like graphs and sliders provide a hands-on approach to managing client portfolios, with actionable suggestions like "Portfolio rebalancing" prominently displayed for quick decision-making. The layout is clean, with a focus on flat design and minimalistic icons that ensure a user-friendly experience for financial managers
