Hi everyone! We’re presenting a design concept for a property management app ideal for managing residential and commercial assets. This solution simplifies issue reporting and tracking for company employees.
The app's dashboard lists managed properties and shows recent requests through a table and graph. A form for submitting new issues allows for specifying the address, resolution deadline, priority, problem description, and uploading photos.
Our color palette is subdued with vibrant accents for key statistics, ensuring quick and easy data interpretation.
The highlight of this design is its one-page layout, integrating property listings, status updates, and request submissions. This setup streamlines request management for property managers, making the process efficient and straightforward.
