THE RUNAWAY SILHOUETTES

Lingerie mini collection

For my lingerie class, I designed three looks, each featuring different fabric manipulations to create unique silhouettes with movement and liberation.The first is a corset look with tiny drapes creating lines, texture, and a flowy movement in the fall of each drape. The second look features a mesh unitard with a bra and underwear. I added a textured fabric manipulation on top of that, hand-sewing it to the design for a more interesting look while allowing the drapes to create movement. The third look is a draped corset with an organic, asymmetrical neckline. On top of this, I added a chiffon scarf to enhance the movement and bring it to life.
