CRM AI Assistant — Hints AI

At Hints, we formulated another hypothesis: that salespeople find it inconvenient to use CRM. This was manifested in the long process of sales adaptation to the system, the difficulty of implementing methodologies and playbooks, constant chaos in the CRM, etc., which contributed to the failure to meet sales targets.

We came up with two solutions to the problem:

1) For Field Sales: a mobile app in the form of a chat interface for voice and text communication with an AI agent, which performed complex operations in the CRM on human commands. The result was simply magical! You can try it yourself:

2) For Online Sales: a web interface with an AI agent that generates an interface on the fly tailored to the user's tasks and performs complex operations according to guidelines that salespeople just can't seem to learn.

The current interface looks like this. We sincerely believe that generative interfaces will change the way software developers approach user experience management.
