Persona Template

I spearheaded an initiative aimed at empowering our design team to share valuable frameworks and templates with the broader design community. A notable project was the development of a Persona template. This template proved instrumental in crafting detailed customer personas, which have since been heavily utilized by leadership and other team members across the organization.
