To test our hypothesis, we created the following MVP to check if it would solve the problem of updating the CRM after a call.

During the call, Sales saw bullet points of questions to ask the interlocutor. After the call, they could immediately update the CRM or go to this page and edit the information that would be entered into the CRM.

The transcript identified the speaker and the text, mapped them with fields in the CRM, and suggested updates. It was also possible to interact with an AI Assistant, which could find some information or make a brief report on how well the call went and whether the salesperson covered all the bullet points.
