MacOS widget and Chrome Extension — Playbook AI

Half a year ago, our team at Hints formulated a hypothesis that sales teams lose a lot of important information during calls with clients: they forget to ask questions based on the sales playbook, record answers, and then send this information to the CRM.

Our proposed solution was based on the idea that if salespeople had the questions and answers in front of them to send to the CRM immediately after the meeting with the push of a button (using a mapping field by an AI agent), it would help them keep the CRM updated, maintain their performance metrics, and focus on sales and client interaction.

We found that the market had quite a few competitors, but they all did one thing: simply recorded the call transcript and sent it as a note to the CRM, which the sales teams, of course, did not analyze later.

Our hypothesis was not confirmed: after developing the MVP, we learned that it was indeed a useful tool for sales, but its adoption within the team would be so complex that teams deemed it impractical.
