Koffee website

My role: UX Designer.

Goal: To create a fan community for the Koffee group where they can not only purchase concert tickets but also other merchandise and connect with people who share their interests.

Main challenge: There wasn't a clear and secure way to purchase concert tickets, and it's also difficult to form a group of friends to attend these types of events.

Product: Website to promote the upcoming Koffee event while also creating a community of Reggae lovers.

Pain points: Users are not very familiar with the band Koffee, they have only heard their music. / Users are never aware of concerts happening in their city. / Even if they become aware, many times they don't have anyone to go to these events with.

Personas:

Research study: Moderated research with 5 users to evaluate the usability of the prototype. In this case, questions were asked about the website, how easy it was to use, what the tone of communication seemed like, and what they would add to improve it.

Details of the research study: Larger images make searching easier. / A community of Reggae lovers is important, where users can also post more information. / Well-rated: high contrast on the page and vibrant colors.
