Risk Barometer
The Risk barometer is a synthetic indicator that measures the level of systemic risk in the financial markets. It has to be red like the atmospheric barometer: values below 50 indicate low pressure, that is, risk of storm in the financial markets; by contrast values above 50 are associated with calm financial markets.
