Web Responsive App of Client Connect
Hi everyone, we wanna share UI Design Case Study for Web responsive app (desktop and mobile version) of Client Connect. "Client Connect" is a CRM application designed to enhance customer engagement and streamline sales and customer service processes for businesses. The application focuses on
managing customer information, tracking sales leads, providing customer support, and analyzing customer interactions.
Target user
Sales Professionals:
● Role: Individuals responsible for managing and tracking sales leads, customer
interactions, and closing deals. Needs: Tools for lead tracking, sales pipeline
management, and easy access to customer data.
Business Executives:
● Role: Decision-makers such as CEOs, CMOs, and Sales Directors who require insights for strategic planning. Needs: High-level analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards to understand sales trends and customer behavior.

Client Connect (Desktop ver)
There's a navbar here that we can click and see 7 features of Client Connect, such as Dashboard, Customer, Task, Schedule, Transaction, Sales, and Report. Besides, there's sidebar that group the 7 features. But when we close sidebar, we see navbar and 7 main features with icon only. Then we click the dashboard, then there is a view like statistic data, my calendar, my task list, and customers. Part of my calendar, we can create two calendars so that we create more tasks and see what tasks we have to work on. part of my tasks, we could arrange the ladder of my calendars, then we could write to do whatever task we want to do and part of this we could share my task with others and anyone could comment on each other and share the link documentation of the work. Finally, there's the customers section, we can see the customer number, customer name, due date, total amount, status, and icon more so we can look at the details of the customers.

There is top app bar (navbar, logo, and notification icon). After that, we can click navbar icon and see 7 features of Client Connect, such as Dashboard, Customer, Task, Schedule, Transaction, Sales, and Report. Besides, there's sidebar that group the 7 features. Then we click the dashboard, then there is a view like statistic data, my calendar, my task list, and customers. We always do iteration for make design better than ago.
