Organic Style Animation Reskinning
As part of a quick internal upskilling project, the Sea Monster animation team experimented with reskinning a clip from a previously completed animation for Old Mutual. The pre-existing assets were redesigned into a more "organic" style, characterised by its simple, smooth design with minimal detail. With easy-to-redraw features, the character animation was achieved using traditional animation techniques where the shape paths of each stroke and fill were manipulated frame by frame.
