Can you animate him?

Working on a branding project for a drive-thru coffee shop. I have this character, "Good To Go Joe," who I'd like to have animated into a happy-go-lucky walking cycle where he tips his lid like a hat, steam flows out, etc. If this sounds like something you'd like to do, I'd love to chat.
