My Role

Enter your text here...My role was focusing on streamlining the "unique" Opla spirit into the software while still maintaining the essential features of CRM software specifically for B2B businesses. I collaborated closely with the product team to understand the user journey and identify pain points. Through extensive research, usability testing, and iterative design processes, I crafted an intuitive and visually appealing user interface. By implementing user-centered design principles, I aimed to make the software accessible to a wide range of users and provide them with a seamless and efficient experience while interacting with the OplaCRM.
