What the purpose of the project?

In early 2016, I needed a lightweight, javascript-free framework for designing websites, landing pages, and mobile applications for my clients.

I decided it was best to assemble it myself. This is how in 2016 038 was born.

The dark theme, simplicity and lightness made 038 my favorite for several years to come..
