One practical approach is to create a dedicated section within the app under "Trips," where property owners can upload pre-recorded instructional videos on how to operate various appliances on the property. Despite property owners maintaining a house manual, it doesn't always cover every detail. With the inclusion of video demonstrations, guests can quickly and easily familiarize themselves with the operation of specific appliances. This ensures a smoother and more enjoyable experience during their stay.
