Planet, Cloud, Earth - Logo design, branding

Turns out it's been quite a while since I last posted my daily design exercises on Dribbble. Here's one of the logo concepts rejected for a rebranding project I'm currently working on. Can't disclose the brand's name at the moment, but they're a fairly prominent local brand. Been quite busy with various design projects lately, hence the lack of updates on Dribbble.
