Dropdown with Chosen

Just couldn't leave it the way the previous dropdown looked and decided to go with Chosen (http://harvesthq.github.com/chosen/), a neat Javascript plugin that re-styles select fields beautifully. And I restyled Chosen to fit in our site and existing navigation. The top bar is the normal condition, the second one is the expanded version when clicked.
