New Personal Logo

After weeks of trial and error (and tons of drafts), I've finally settled on a new personal logo. Instead of having all three of my initials, I went with just the 'J' this time, in a diamond shape that gives it a nice sense of balance and renders well in a variety of colors.

I'm really happy with it.
