Loxam Mobile App

Loxam, the world's 4th largest rental company, recognised a need for an application tailored to the specialised operations of construction sites. The industry lacked a comprehensive and user-friendly solution for professionals engaged in various trades, from masonry to painting.

My goal was to create a professional mobile application that addressed the specific needs of construction professionals. I wanted the application to be transparent, comprehensive, and easy to use, even in disruptive construction environments.

To achieve this, I engaged stakeholders through interviews, user experience maps, focus groups, workshops, and online surveys. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, I gathered insights into the challenges and requirements of construction professionals. This involved mapping out user journeys and conducting iterative design sessions to ensure the application met their needs. I prioritised creating a seamless user experience tailored to the unique environment of construction sites.

Next steps were successful development and launch of the Loxam mobile application. This application now enables construction professionals to easily manage their rentals and reserve machines online, enhancing their productivity and efficiency on building sites.
