MOD-icon black and white outline

Here’s a special MOD-icon inspired illustration I just completed for a Realtor in San Diego. He wanted a very minimalist black and white outline drawing that could be used with his logo and on things like stamps, t-shirts, and business cards.

This specific house is inspired by a very popular home plan from the Tierra Del Cerro neighborhood development in San Diego. Designed by well-known William Krisel collaborator, Dan Palmer, and built by Drogin Construction Company in 1961, this development is full of cool MCM homes that are highly sought after, and usually sell for well over $1 million.
