UX Case Study - BlaBlaCar
I work on a fictional UX case study for BlaBlaCar, a carpool app that needed to build trust between drivers and passengers.
The problem BlaBlaCar was facing : drivers struggled to find passengers, and thus stopped using the app.
My decision making process was based on a few steps : user research, insight, personae, user journey map, competitive analysis, user flow, ideation, prototype, iteration, tests etc.
I wanted to offer a compelling visual story, to enable readers to quickly find the info he/she needs.
I tested the app and identified pain points, like a drop off in the onboarding phase.
I came up with a few solutions, including improving user flows and overall UI of their mobile app. I designed wireframes & prototypes improving the pain points (a shortened subscription flow and onboarding, for example)
I added ideas to go further (KPI analysis, AB Testing...)
