Doula - a labour and symptom tracking app
Doula is a pregnancy app which provides audio guidance in the final phase of pregnancy for managing the pain during contractions. Additionally users can view statistics of their contractions. I was asked to re-design the app by adding new features, making the interface more user-friendly, and updating the visual language.
Designing with the user
In order to identify the pain points of the current app, I created a short survey and sent it to pre- and postnatal women. The input led me to create a list of symptoms, which the users would like to track. An additional symptom tag is available for customisation.
