Introduction

Proposal builder is a sales tool that makes creating, sending, and managing proposals seamless, through integration with the Vendasta platform CRM and Marketplace. Proposal Builder (PB) was specifically designed to facilitate fast and scalable sales to local businesses within the ecosystem. Our primary objective was to assist partners and their sales teams in achieving success through a streamlined and efficient sales process.

Project problem

Platform retention was dwindling below target as a result of drop-offs from partners who were having struggling to achieve success and experienced prolonged delays in seeing any business gains from their platform investment. These partners faced challenges in effectively communicating the value of their products or services to prospects, making selling and closing deals a difficulty, despite their efforts. Goal: We set out to increase retention, by making it easier and faster, empowering partners(and their salespeople) to close client deals and achieve success on the platform.
