Lincoln Protect User Flow

Introduction

As a UX/UI designer within a collaborative team, I spearheaded the redesign of Lincoln Protect's customer insurance quote flow. This comprehensive project aimed to enhance user experience, streamline the application process, and create a visually engaging interface for potential policyholders.

Main Objectives

  1. User-Centric Design:

    • Conducted in-depth user research to understand customer pain points and preferences.

    • Implemented user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.

    • Ensured a customer-centric approach throughout the design process.

  2. Adobe XD Prototyping:

    • Utilized Adobe XD to create interactive prototypes, allowing for thorough user testing and feedback loops.

    • Iteratively refined designs based on user insights, ensuring optimal usability and engagement.

  3. Visual Identity Enhancement:

    • Collaborated with the design team to refine Lincoln Protect's visual identity within the insurance quote flow.

    • Applied Adobe Photoshop for high-fidelity visual mockups, incorporating brand colors, typography, and imagery seamlessly.

  4. Collaborative Workflow:

    • Worked closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with technical feasibility.

    • Facilitated regular design reviews and incorporated feedback to maintain a cohesive and efficient workflow.

Key Achievements

  1. Implemented a data-driven design approach, analyzing user interactions and refining the quote flow to optimize conversion rates

  2. Identified pain points in the existing flow through user testing and analytics, addressing issues that led to user abandonment.

  3. Actively sought and incorporated user feedback throughout the design process, creating a more engaging and user-friendly experience.
