Hello, everyone.

I want to share something personal. Once, when I was unemployed, I was depressed and I watched a lot of movies for two years and couldn't get out of bed. But it also happens that because of a very busy schedule and a lot of work, you can also experience stress and then burn out.

Therefore, my advice to you is to monitor your moral and physical condition and share your feelings with family and friends or seek professional help from psychologists. Do not be alone if you feel bad.
