Full case study:
This project discusses the challenge of acquiring users for real money gaming (RMG) websites outside of the Android Play Store. The authors identified that many users were hesitant to download RMG apps due to safety concerns and difficulty with the installation process. To address these issues, they implemented changes to the download process, including showcasing trust indicators and providing an instructional video with voiceover. After conducting an A/B test, they found a 33% increase in the visit-to-install funnel conversion rate for the test version.
