Collaborating with Spiced Academy has been an ongoing and gratifying journey. Our working partnership commenced in late 2022 during a critical transition for the organisation, with a new brand strategy and refreshed website and user experience. Embracing an open-minded approach and within a limited timeframe, we effectively strategized and implemented a new design which has so far had a sizeable impact on business results.
Upon implementation, the website doubled in on-page conversions, a testament to the success of our joint efforts. Beyond the web platform, our collaboration extended to enhancing marketing assets and refining the overall brand visual approach, wherein the cost per lead has dropped significantly, leading to an overall reduction in acquisition costs.
