BankSouth - Website Redesign, Team detail page concept

BankSouth has a massive directory of loan officers, and they asked us to create a special "template" that could showcase each individual, and prompt a user to begin the process.

For the template, it was important to create a design that was very modular and versatile, comprised of a variety of "building block" page blocks (sections) that could be easily configured on a person-by-person basis. For example, some loan officers may have many ears of experience, and might have a variety of assets to validate their proficiency... if that's the case, we want to be able to allow for ALL of these assets (images, testimonials, stats, videos, etc).

Also, some loan officers may not have a ton of experience, and thus all the various assets mentioned above, so we need to craft a solution that still looks great, is highly useful, and does not necessarily look like something is missing or unfinished... that's the benefit of our modular strategy to page content.

One of my favorite aspects of this Team detail page is how I've constructed the hero to include the loan officer's name, contact info, headshot, and most important, a CTA button that allows a user to act immediately. All of these components are carefully laid out to appear above the fold.

Note, this particular design was an early proof of concept that contained some FPO imagery and text. Full disclosure, the client was a little underwhelmed by the previous iteration, so we responded quickly with this version, much to the client's enjoyment - They approved this concept without hesitation!
