First idea on rating and review interaction.

We will be using ten stars scale for the rating. Why? This is because 10-stars scale is the norm and most Internet users are very familiar with this metric.

However, some users from different regions might need some time to get used to it. For example, we have France users who use 20-Stars scale while in India, they would normally use 7 Stars.
