Redesigned Question UI in dscout

As a follow up release to the new dscout app (3.0), we redesigned the way users interact with and answer questions. It features an improved user experience that is fluid and highly responsive to user input.

The redesigned question UI is included in the 3.04 update now available on the App Store.
