Keepeye | Product Development

Keepeye is a KPI Management Tool developed in 2023. In order to develop a solution that could solve the user needs and also connect with the company goals, I used the Double Diamond Framework. The process consisted in the development of the Product, its branding and a design system.

On the double diamond first stage I analyzed some aspects of the product’s foundation, such as:

• Objectives of the Product

• Market

• User Needs

Following the research conducted in the initial stage, some tools were employed to delineate aspects of the product and processes to be followed.

After this phase, the team gathered the insights gained in the discovery phase and turned them into tangible solutions. It was where ideas were generated broadly, then narrowed down and refined into a solution.
