Win back service email designs

We've been focusing on our automated journeys this year at TotallyMoney. As a part of that I worked on the visual and structural design for a new email to help win back customers by getting them to log back into the service.

We are big fans of testing our emails, to find out what connects best with our customers. For this email I tested two different content structures in the body as well as two options of them, one with copy before the subtitle and one without. They both have different components and emphasis on the 'app exclusive' messaging.

The first email out performed the second one, with the short variant of it winning with a 1.57% click rate.
