Grant Park Mural / Portland, OR

Satellites is a 120' mural that echoes iconic architecture and landmarks of the 5 surrounding neighborhoods of the site location in Portland OR. Craftsman homes, iconic park gates, historic movie marquee signage and a statue memorializing Beverly Cleary's character statues in grant park of Ramona Quimby and Henry's dog Ribsy. Geometric spatial playfulness and dynamic site-lines set up a structure for the incomplete formations.
