ÇA PASSE CRÈME is first and foremost a story of friendship that simply began in2 when we, Steeve and Davide, met on our first day at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.At that time, we had a lot of dreams and in parallel with our studies we were already debating a future joint project in the world of hospitality. Initially, these discussions were unfounded, but over time we were convinced that one day we would develop our own business.
