Growyx | Layoffs Manifesto

At the beginning of 2023, a wave of mass layoffs took over the international market - especially in the technology sector. These layoffs left hundreds of thousands of workers without their main source of income. Creating a public and 100% free platform, Growyx decided to promote a public manifesto in favor of these professionals. Through this platform, it was possible to give greater visibility to the profiles of all workers who signed up, allowing recruiters to prioritize the hiring of these professionals.
