We are a modern real estate company providing property services in vacation rental property management, long term rental management, and sales. Our target audience is homeowners who want to rent out their properties either long term rental or short term rental, or buy and sell. Our audience also includes the renters and buyers searching for properties.

The vision I have for our company web design is a real estate backed by technology. New age, modern, tech, professional, and cool. We need a better design than what we currently have to convey our brand and our services.
I like the tech aspect of airbnb and zillow, and the informative flow of (https://openclass.ai/) and (casago.com) that shows an easy breakdown of what the company provides, and I like the traditional brokerage aspect of https://www.compass.com/. The end vision is for the website to have many functions for renters and homeowners, and agents of GemHaus alike.
The webpage should include graphics of who we work with, perhaps in a slide showcase (airbnb, vrbo, booking.com, furnished finder, the MLS, fairhousing, N.A.R.)

Page descriptions:
I'd like to start with the service pages to show what we provide, we may need to scratch the main page as well or at least add buttons that guide to the services page in a more engaging way. The current website we have is a good start, but not capturing what I have envisioned.
