Why the KEY?

The key will be apartment management software that increases the sense of interaction to solve problems among the residents of a complex. My goal has been to consider the concerns of managing a crowded apartment.

What are we going to do?

. Provide circumstances so that the residents report the apartment's problems ASAP and a solution is found for it apart from the financial biases of the management.

. Circumstances should be provided so that, away from complex user panels for charge management, each block's charge payment can be determined with just a glance. A reminder will be sent to residents who still need to pay their charges.

. The possibility of limited access (respecting residents' privacy) to the apartment's CCTV cameras to increase the security level.

Remember that your personas are all the people of the earth with any taste, Familiarity with technology, and different ages! So everything should be as simple as possible!

Let's face it,

delaying the payment of charges can lower the quality of life of all residents!

Sometimes with inattention, sometimes with... However, conditions must be created so that all residents have access to the payment page and the building manager can easily send reminders to the residents.

Access to CCTV cameras at any time of the day or night. The ability to save videos and images on the apartment residents' mobile phones and, most importantly, to call the police when it is necessary reduces threats to the residents' security.

The first step to solving the residents' problems is to be informed about them; the next step is to choose a solution that is better than the suggestions part of the KEY software to solve the problem efficiently and accurately. The problem will be gone like it never existed!
