Little Darlin’ Flora is the name of a business started by a friend who is a freelance florist. I was tasked with designing and developing a website for them so they could become more searchable, and have a way for potential clients to view their services and contact information. This project was first started in Figma to design the layout. I decided on WordPress as the CMS since the client wanted to easily update their site without needing a developer.

Goal

To design and develop an online presence for a freelance florist. Before Little Darlin' Flora did not have a place to direct potential customers to. They utilized social media like Instagram to conduct business. This project aimed to change that and make it easier for customers to inquire about their services.

Role

I was the sole designer and developer on this project. I worked alongside Little Darlin' Flora to decide on typography and colors. I helped establish a starting point for Little Darlin' Flora to further refine their brand identity. I also helped Little Darlin' Flora improve their search engine optimization (SEO) to become more searchable.
