CaffèSgamo the name translated means "coffee tricks/ideas". It's a coffee blog trying to explain the beautiful world of coffee through easy examples, posts and experiments. It's also a lab to try new recipes and trends with fun and irony. Two souls of this project: science-based data from coffee literature and fun (no teachers, this is sharing for passion). Target audience: young people, focusing on students (mainly uni, but also high school). Young people, not kids ;)
