Messenger Photo Share Interaction

One of my recent side projects involved redesigning a common design pattern: photo sharing.

I feel that the the more standard ways that we design the photo sharing flow isn't as good as it can be so I challenged myself to design a better way. By analyzing the core problems of most flows (along with the good things) I was able to design what I believe to be more seamless interaction and friendlier experience - which I then demonstrated through building it into Facebook Messenger.

I'm currently finishing up the case study writeup along with final comps, demo videos, and I might do a tutorial to show you how I built it in Pixate, so keep an eye out for updates!
