The Seed Bearer

"The Seed Bearer"

I was comissioned by APC Studio (La Conner, WA, USA) to create a vector illustration for a Eco-Brand Project. The work is designed for screen printing on t-shirts and other advertising materials.
The concept was to make a woman surrounded by seeds, flora and fauna. In a way she represents the goddess Gaia (Mother Earth), being the bearer of the primal seed.
I gave her a dreamy look, influenced by Alphonse Mucha's art nouveau lines and curves.
