👋 A while ago had the opportunity to work on a project aimed at helping physiotherapists manage their patients' health programs more effectively. Today, I'm thrilled to share a sneak peek of our design.

👀About the project

Exer is a comprehensive digital health platform that provides real-time insights based on patient activity. This platform includes measurements from user-friendly applications for individuals in need of physiotherapy. Apps are seamlessly connected to a portal where physiotherapists can analyze patient data. These apps measure movement and comfort, which directly affect the customization of exercise programs.

Our design focus was on creating clear and practical tools to assist physiotherapists in analyzing patient activity and crafting personalized treatment plans.
