Redesign Bama App

This case study showcases the user-centered redesign process of the Bama car trading app. The project focused on improving the homepage, menu, and incorporating a new ‘Add City’ feature for localized search. Extensive user research, wireframing, and iterative design led to a significant improvement in the app’s usability and user satisfaction, as reflected in the high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 60.
