I call it letshire This is an Ai Powered Recruitment software and what this product does is bring simplicity to your hiring process ensuring you hire the best candidates for your company. The problem, Recruitment is a time-consuming process that requires a lot of manual effort. An HRM tool powered by AI can help automate the recruitment process and improve the efficiency of the HR department. (Ironic, isn’t it? I designed the thing I swore to destroy “ATS”) So what are the features of letshire : Resume screening, Automated job listing creation, Interview scheduling, Candidate matching and more the goal of this product was to create a simplified, clean and functional recruitment software that automates and solves the problem of recruitment in the HR department, more details would be posted on my article.
