Feast your eyes on this illustration-driven UI, which gracefully guides users through the payment process. Encountering an error? The 'Oops!' screen offers a sympathetic touch while resolving issues. Successful transaction? A cheerful 'Thank you!' adds a personal note to digital interactions.

This design project aimed to humanize the often impersonal nature of online transactions. By using friendly illustrations and clear, empathetic language, we've created an experience that feels more personal and less daunting.

In my role as the lead designer, I focused on weaving empathy into the user experience, ensuring that each screen not only serves its functional purpose but also supports the emotional journey of the user.
